Boys Varsity Basketball, Girls Varsity Basketball · Winter Sport Post Season Honors

Both the boys and girls varsity basketball coaches met at Potter’s House this past Monday to vote for the 2018-2019 all conference teams. 5 boys and 4 girls basketball players made the list this year. The boys basketball team finished the regular season 18-1, their only loss came at the hands of the eventual Division 3 state champion, Pewamo Westphalia in overtime. They finished with another perfect conference record of 8-0 and was crowned Conference champs for the 7th year in a row. Their season was cut short as they fell to Calvin Christian in the district finals 52-63.

The girls basketball team had a strong season as well finishing 13-7 overall and 2nd in the conference with a record of 6-1. Their only conference loss was to Fruitport Calvary who made it to the state quarterfinals. The team lost in the first round of districts to Fennville 31-36 in overtime. Below are the athletes who were awarded Alliance League All Conference honors. Congratulations to both teams and one last thank you to our seniors for four years of hard work and dedication.
