The Potter’s House Girls Bowling team hosted the girls from Lee High School at Park Center Lanes on Wednesday, January 9.

Bowling for the Puma girls were Stella Lynde, Annalise Medema, Glenda Perez-Jiminez, Rebekah Sisco and Asmita Tamang-Burghgraef.

The Puma girls took control of the match right away winning both of the Baker games and taking a 10 point lead into the regular games. In the first regular game the Puma girls bowled five solid games taking 3 individual game points and the regular game total to take a 17-2 lead into the second regular game. Although the Puma girls bowled even better in the second game the Lee girls dug deep and turned the tables taking 3 individual game points, the second regular game total and the overall total for the regular games. The Pumas picked up two points with both Rebekah Sisco and Asmita Tamang-Burghgraef rolling 173. The Lee comeback wasn’t enough and the Pumas came out on top with a final 19-11 score.

Next up for the Puma girls is another home match with Muskegon Orchard View on Thursday, January 10.
